Stomach tightening and back pressure.. Any idea what thats about ? Its very much uncomfortable !

Braxton hicks. they can happen anytime after 10 weeks is when I believe they can be felt is what my OB and speciallist told me but before 20 it's from severe dehydration
@vee_bayybee_, its new for me but today has beeb "one of those days" so maybe thats why
