Breastfeeding/pumping mommys ... What do you do when you get a clogged duct?? I feel like I've tried everything I massaged... I took a shower and let the water run on it... I tried microwaving diapers and it still hurts 😭

What do YOU judge Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Do you see something ?? Or am I going crazy ??

This is going to sound funny, but when I had a similar situation, I called my grandma (She works for wic as a lactaction consultant) she told me to use warm washcloths for 10 minutes then get on all 4s (like a dog) and try to squeeze the milk out, and let gravity do the work of getting the milk out. It worked, but it was really uncomfortable lol

Pretty much everything you're doing already D; it sucks so much I had it for like 3 days. Lots of massaging and heat packs helped.
