Baby oil and wipe down and always keep that area dry after you clean it;; i used to put baby powder. Stays dry.

make sure when she is eating no milk drains down her face to sit in the crease of her neck. it's caused by her neck always being moist. after you bathed her dry it really really good and don't put lotion there for awhile cuz that's just extra moisture you don't need right now. good luck!

It could be yeast. Your dr can give you a cream for it. You can get a yeast infection anywhere that is moist. Try to keep it clean and dry.
