I'm the paranoid mom who hates to take anything while nursing. People think I'm silly but I'd rather be safe than sorry. 1) I don't want it to harm my lo & 2) I don't want it to mess up my supply that I've worked so hard to maintain. So with that being said, Is it safe to take Allergy relief-d while nursing? The pharmacist says it is but after purchasing then reading the back it says it's not recommended while breastfeeding.

My dr said I could take Benadryl but to drink lots of water and put baby to breast as much as possible and pump also if I needed to to keep my supply up @mrshopkins13

@tristan-makes-5, thanks I decided no to take this & I may go the Benadryl route if things to clear up on its own.

Download the app mommymeds or lactmed to figure out which medications are safe. Mommymeds is better but costs 2 dollars I think.
