so, i go on strike with the dishes and this is what happens. no one gives a shit. i can barely stand up long enough to cook dinner let alone do all the dishes. sad part is that i have three children ages 11, 15 and 17 and youd think thwy would help me out. im about to throw everything away. :(

I totally know how you feel when you get to that point where you want to throw everything away, but if possible you should get SOMEONE on board with this plan and have someone clean everything and basically pack it all away. You could keep some small stuff for yourself but don't allow anyone else and rinse after. Once nobody has anything to eat out of, maybe things will change! Just a suggestion. I have seen it work before but then I've also seen it be worse because then they used throw away things and STILL didn't clean up after themselves.

Rant: Dishes! Does anyone else just HATE doing dishes? I would rather do any other chore over dishes. What household chore do you hate doing? P.s. I actually love vacuuming and folding clean warm laundry.
Who else washes their dishes and then puts them in the dishwasher? I just never have found dishwashers to clean properly every since I was home with Mom. So our dishwasher is literally just a dish holder.
What’s your favorite kind of food ? I personally like middle eastern food maybe because i grew up on it , but the seasoning and the dishes are soo flavorful and delicious 😍 !
do you... Clean up after your SO is done cooking? Or vice versa? DF was cooking and while he was cooking I unloaded the dish washer and hand washed the pot he had used and put dishes in the dish washer, so by the time he got his plate, dishes were done and left overs were in Tupperware on the counter just in case anyone wanted seconds and counters were wiped down. The room mate asked me why I do that, and I just say that's how I was raised. I always clean up after anyone cooks in the house, even after myself. I clean as I cook, so DF doesn't clean up because it's done before dinner is finished lol. But there's rare occasions where he'd be in the kitchen while I cook so he does help out with the cleaning since i cook during the day sometimes so we can heat it up when it's dinner time. I want everyone to get their first and seconds before I eat. My mom has taught me to always clean up after your spouse makes dinner, it's only fair. They put their effort into cooking, you should always help them out.
I really hate doing dishes :/ my man always complains that i don't do them but UGHHHh I rather clean the house 100 times than do dishes 😩😩😩

well i feel better knowing im not the onky one dealing with this. i put all of my drinking cups away except 5 glasses and they managed to find my tea cups to use!!! ahhh lol.
