so my trimester just started and its hitting me so hard. Im so freaking tired I just want to sleep all day and this heartburn is killing me. Even water gives me heartburn!!!!!! 😢

apple cider vinegar!! a tablespoon and wash it down with water

@kingdamari, nothing works I just have to live with it. But its worth it
