⚠⚠How do I know the difference between BH and contractions?
really contractions are stronger and very intense. They are more consistent and cannot be mistaken or missed. It's almost like you can count on the next contraction coming. And you can't concentrate on anything but the contraction
@nicole_jude, should i only track the ones that hurt or should i count the light ones too?
Your best bet is to time them! There are good apps to track them because when you're in pain it's hard to keep track! Lol @nessielynn
my mom said it could still be braxton hicks just to keep track of them from now on just in case. But everything from my belly button down hurts and aches when I move@nicole_jude
@nessielynn, sounds like contractions to me. I had to stop everything when I had "real" contractions.
I've had BH for about 10 weeks now. They're usually just uncomfortable. Like slight little cramps that only last long enough for me to say "ooooh". But today I've felt alot of pressure in my lower stomach and lady region. It hurts to walk and move. And I've also felt a couple really strong cramps that took my breath away. I had to stop in my tracks and breath through it. @nicole_jude @mommy.to.be.041016
Braxton hicks can be spread out over any length of time.
my BH never caused me pain just felt my tummy tighten but contractions took my breathe away and would not go away I tried taking Tylenol but it didn't help my back and uterus felt like it was gonna fall out , you'll know girl does your BH cause pain?
When I was pregnant I asked myself the same question...as cliche as it sounds...when it's real, you'll know. Contractions are consistent (time them) and painful!
** SPOILER ALERT ⚠ 🙃😑 **
Glad my Man Tony lived.. Def cried when Spiderman died idc, he was just a boy 😭
@brittanycheri, the best way I could describe what I felt would be the way my period cramps feel. When I would have my period there would be days that Id be in tears, using a heating pad all day long, and taking ibuprofen like there was no tomorrow.
