So jealous of people who take their maternity leave early in there pregnancy or by 30 weeks and can afford to stay off for 6+ weeks even after the baby plus the time before.. I have to work up until I pop and I am stressed out about having to take just 6 weeks off... Ughhh I wish life wasn't so expensive and I could just enjoy my baby

ikr I worked up til my water broke and now I'm stressing about taking 6 weeks off my boss told me to come back may 23rd which would only be 4 weeks cuz she miscalculated it and i didnt even mention anything about it cuz i cant really afford to be off the whole 6 weeks

Some ppl have no choice but to do so when I was pregnant with my first son I had to go on bed rest at 30 weeks because of preterm labor

That's different there's people who just choose to quit working.. Which is fine good for them they probably worked hard to be able to do that @lynna0909
