Okay I have questions that no one can seem to answer for me. I am still legally married to my WIFE, clearly she can't be the biological father of my child and she's legally not allowed to sign the birth certificate anyway. (Although that was never a question anyway since we've been separated for over a year) anyway my question is can my boyfriend sign the birth certificate or can someone point me in the right direction to where I can get a answer for this.

besides people get artificial inseminated all the time but her being married either way even proven "not the father" she would have to agree to not being responsible. you r married doesn't matter man or female she still has rights to that baby. hopefully she's not an ass hole 😬
even though she is not a he she still has rights like I said because you were married at conception. I would get a divorce asap and file the papers without children so she can't fight you about it later on!
Everywhere I've read online it's sending like mixed answers. Like if I'm still married my legal husband would be the legal father unless I could prove otherwise. But there's literally no way she could be the father so I'm so confused I just really want him on the birth certificate.
yes he can even if he's not the father actually. she can contest for rights though because you were married at the time of conception. also down the road if he decided to not be with you or vise versa hed still be responsible for that baby because signing basically taking respocibility. the only way he could get his name removed is if he had a DNA test and it proved he's not. any questions?
I believe that it doesn't matter if you're married or not. Whomever is the biological parent is the one who signs the birth certificate.

This may be a silly question but as you know, my babies dad isn't involved - TOSSER! Anyway, he isn't on the birth certificate, I just want to know even if he isn't on the birth certificate does he have any rights? If so, can I get them terminated?
