it's possible she has acid reflux.

You may need to burp her more often during feedings.

my first born was like that, I gave her similac advance and as soon as she'd be done feeding I'd burp her and she would burp/puke up the milk I had just gotten done feeding her so I switched her to similac sensitive and she did so much better on that and here I am now on my 3rd kid and he as well is having the same problem. I just switched him today to similac sensitive and so far he hasn't puked it up after burping so fingers crossed this is the right milk for him :) hope that helped u.
