39 weeks my progress so far! lots of Braxton hicks contractions, lost a good Amount of my plug! Dilated to 3cm, baby is dropped and head down! everytime I pee I feel pressure like she's about to fall out! and discharge 😢😢😢😢 why is she being stubborn

plus it helps tone your muscles and helps labor pain and it's good for both of you and help with milk supply! make sure it's real tea leaves not just flavored tho because flavored is green tea not red rasberry tea leaf. you're welcome ☺
