All embryos implant differently I've had a + at 12 dpo 2 days before my period and I've had a + 6 days after my period, one was a male one was a female. I'd try a different test maybe EPT of First response tomorrow am and If still negative wait 2 days then test again.

it is according to the test. wonfo would show positive early for me.

I always wait a week after. Twice this year I've been 6 days late, the other 2 were spot on or a day off. I've never had that happen so I hold is off now :/
