Just been to the docs and told a little white lie in order to get my group b strep test. Rediculous we don't get tested routinely.

@winterbaby95, they can test for it in urine but don't. Not unless you are displaying other symptoms, it's not a routine thing. Not a risk I'm willing to take as consequences can be so serious.

@fozzywoz, My midwife told me to say my discharge smelt funny and they would do swabs. I was nervous they would ask loads of questions but they didn't. X

I was never tested :) That is why they take urine samples...to test for protiens...Strep B can also show up in Urine xx
