Just curious when did your dr bring up making a birth plan & when did they suggest you register at the hospital you're gonna have the baby at? Mines hasn't said anything about it since my first check up.. Also how necessary is it to have a birth plan ?
When did you guys start with your birthing plans? And do all hospitals follow them?
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
When did you have intercourse after having a vaginal birth?
Curious to find out other ladies pregnancy/birth stories.. What was your due date and when did baby actually come, did you find out the gender? What did baby weigh? Did you have a birth plan and did it go to plan? CJ was due on the 8th April 2016 but came on the 15th of April weighing 9lb 8oz.. I had planned to have a water birth and just gas and air but due to complications ended up on a drip and having gas and air, diamorphene and an epidural 😁
Planning on another baby...? So for my first time moms when do you plan on having your second child?

the clinic i went to started talking about hospitals at 36 weeks but your doctor maybe registered at a certain hospital.

@km416, yeah i know she's registered at 2 different hospitals which i cant remember lol but im 7 months tomorrow and it hasn't been brought up i just wanna know so i can schedule a walk through and see if they offer classes before its too late.. @sophia713 how far along are you ?

Yeah 35 weeks seems a little to long to not even bring it up. smh even if i dont need to register yet i still wanna know when and how to go about it ! @alishayadig

I registered at 24 weeks. Thats when our hospital wants you too. Never really talked about birth plan though, this is my third baby this midwife will deliver

I ask because my dr brought it up just the one time and hasnt said anything since.. and aw I wanted so bad to go with a midwife but i got to far along and i dont think my insurance will cover that.. @mybabyloves

I had a normal doctor with my first until about 19 weeks and have had her ever since. She was one of my only options where I live. Thus pregnancy is high risk and she had zero problem taking me again
