My boobs are going to explode. Stopping breastfeeding/pumping is painful.

I have read that too, just slowly decrease it... are you wanting to completely quit pumping/breastfeeding or just lessen your supply?

I read a post that suggested stepping down the number of times you pump slowly and decreasing the amount of time. So I was pumping 4 times a day for 15-20 min. Today I did 2 for 10 each. It hurt but I need to step down my supply. I was pumping over 35 oz a day. Ouch. @alexzandrea @sarahdrew

If you have really tight sports bras that will help to dry up your milk!

cold cabbage leaves in your bra, don't let hot water run on them in the shower.... also antihistamines (benadryl, allergy meds) and med that dry up sinuses (Sudafed etc) will help dry up your milk.... I've also heard of women wrapping an ace bandage around their chest, not sure if that works
