Looking for some help with my diet. Recently found out my son has a dairy allergy and I breastfeed so I'm trying to find different ways to substitute. I would go without completely but I love yogurt and chocolate milk 😩 lol.

i think they make lactose chocolate milk. if not u can get the regular lactose milk and add chocolate mix

The lactaid brand milk is lactose free and taste just like regular! And if you like soy milk I love the very vanilla flavor in the purple carton :)

Oh and lactaid also makes lactose free yogurt but I don't know how it is I haven't tried
