So just had my appt for 37 weeks and I had been measuring right with my weeks, now I just measured 32 weeks. Why? I noticed my stomach has gotten smaller. I thought maybe I was just crazy but when the doctor (not my normal doctor, that's why I'm asking yall) measured me she said I was measuring quit a bit smaller @ 32 weeks.

my guess is that she measured you wrong, on my last visit when intern was measured me she get 33w, and my doc told her she have to be wrong bc 2w earlier I was 34w (and only way that you can be smaller is if you leaking,you may not getting bigger but you can't shrink-that is what my doc told me), so my doc measured me and she get 35,5w. Each doc have their own way to measure so if you are not leaking, I'll just wait for next visit and make sure that your doc will measures you . And when you dropping your belly is only changing shape but it's not shrinking
@kgreer, yeah I wasn't really concerned just kinda wandered why. But she isn't my normal doctor either. So the trust isn't really there. But, she checked everything and it was fine so didn't really bother me. Yeah I don't feel any pressure. But.. I see my doctor next week and see what he has to say! Thank you! I'm sure it's just the positioning of baby like you said.
If she didn't say much I wouldn't worry to much especially being as far along as you are. If you feel a lot more pressure down low I'm sure you've dropped
@kgreer, oh okay, I wasn't sure if that would make the measurements lower or not. And the doctor didn't say much besides she made me undress to make sure I hadn't ruptured the sac and was leaking amniotic fluid.
You probably dropped which makes your measurements go lower

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

@domena84, yeah that's what I thought about dropping, is that your stomach would just be a different shape but not smaller. I have been eating way better and working out more but still, in just 5 days there isn't any way I should be that much smaller. I see it measuring a little less if he has dropped but it shouldn't be by that much! I do feel like I got smaller! But yeah I'm gonna wait n see how my regular doctor measures me next week!
