Working on figuring out my menu items but I'm thinking I'll just do a few types of things a month or every 2 weeks or so so I can keep variety and still not do a crazy amount too much because it's really important to me I can offer then cheaper than other places.

My birth plan is a non med plan. I do not want the epidural. And with it being my first everyone keeps telling me I'll get it... I know I won't because Iv heard so much horrible things about the epidural so I'll probably do other pain meds if it comes down to it but not that! Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳 now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=516754249189660&id=100025652680318 so yes ima go hard in the comments because unborn babies are involved!
