I made mine like asap lol. I liked using walmarts app to do it and if you need any ideas pinterest helped me a lot and then I have mine up still if you wanna go look at it, it's under Madison Goodin and the state is NC

if you make one online for babies r us , it actually gives you a check list of things you would need and how many! It helped me a lot being a ftm

at baby r us just go to the registry desk n you will sit n fill out a sheet with basic info and wallaaa lol

I made mine around 18 weeks but didn't add anything until after i found out what I was having... I registered with babies r us and I added literally everything and anything I could think of.. In the end it's worth it because you receive rewards and stuff
