okay so my youngest is 3 he will be 4 in 12 days and my fiancee came to me over how our child is out of control. which I'm not going to lie he is I can't control him he's starting to do the same to his daddy I'm at lost on what to do any suggestions I'm bout to have another boy any day now

Look around your daily environment and think about what he could be acting out about. He is 3. You are the mom. So many things could be causing it, but be consistent and be firm.

he is being aggressive he's destructive he hits yells screams he won't listen to me period I have done taken stuff away time out corrnor I have tried talking to him and it don't work . he is starting to do the same with my fiancee

Sounds like he needs structure and more discipline.
