How can I make tummy time "fun" for a 3 month old? She HATES tummy time.

Just work with her. Try laying in front of her and making faces or put toys in front of her. My daughter hated it until she was about 6 months

you can do tummy time on your tummy too... so if baby pushes up, they see your face
