has anyone take there prenatal with there vitiman b complex?? cause I did and was told not to but mt ob said it was OK I'm confused and feel weird help!!!lol

Who told you not to? I take a multivitamin, a calcium supplement, folic acid and fish oil. All approved by my OB.

You need to listen to your ob, not some non trained family members and friends.

You have to trust your OB and valid medical information. If they say it again, tell them they can take it up with your doctor!
