Good morning mommies.
I have a question. My mom will be flying to Texas between today or tomorrow to bring family support to my cousin that lost her husband just two days ago. Anyway, my heart tells me that I should go and I truly want to go. However, I'm unsure if I should go because just listening to the news broke my heart and I spend most of the day yesterday crying. I don't know if I would be of any support. Also, if this would hurt my baby of me crying so much being over there. (I understand that you're not me.) BUT, if you were in my shoes what would you do?

I would go as well. Having a shoulder to cry on is something that no one who is greiveing will turn away.

I would go, but being 32 weeks, I would check with your OB and if they give you an okay, request a copy of your medical records during the pregnancy to take with you (in case anything should happen)

I wasn't cleared to fly. 😕 I was already packing my bags because I was convinced I did want be there there for my cousin. Thank you all for your opinions marchello @hermommy @tater4414 @morse2016 @mamamj @brwneydgirly25 blessings

I know. I really wanted to be there. I guess I'll just write her a letter. She may not read it during these rough times but she'll read it when she's ready. @morse2016

I'm so sorry to hear that. I work for American and with you being so far along, I know they wouldn't let you on the plane. I'm sure they'll understand.
