How long is the cramping or contracting suppose to last after birth? Day 5 & it still hurts like hell even when im not breastfeeding my son. & my tailbone/back hurt worse now more than they did while pregnant. blood flow isn't bad so no concerns for that though.

ya the cramping is a lot better today but think I may have a bruise tailbone too.

It's probably all your organs and uterus moving back. And your hips and muscles are all returning to their original places. You'll feel sore for about 2-3 weeks. Some people it's longer or shorter.
