Before getting pregnant I was 87 lbs & at 37 weeks I weighed 114. At my 6 weeks appointment I weighed 98. Does anyone know how I can gain some weight, besides eating cause believe me when I say I eat lol. I want to be at least 110-115
drink ensure i have no apetitte an still manage to gain without the extra food
if you can stomach and find them it red meats help build muscle which will help you keep the weight.
