I'm not sure about frozen but I know fresh I even do fruit stands but like @tiffrae said they do provide you with a book of what you can get

nope you can get fresh fruit or fruit n the can 100%juice tho @mrs.rcleveland

With my wic check I get fruit cups, I just make sure it's 100% real fruit juice and not syrup.
