Depending on the color and smell it could mean a yeast infection or it could just be because of your body going crazy because of all the changes that come with making a baby. I wouldn't worry unless it starts to smell bad or starts to turn a weird color or it starts looking a little like cottage cheese (I know, horrifying haha).
