TMI but I have an ingrown hair on my lady bits and it is extremely painful to wear underwear or walk or move. Anyone know any remedies of getting rid of them? Keep in mind that I can't see down there!

try some warm compresses and don't squeeze or mess with it.  could make it worse.

Warm compress and Epsom salt bath. Definitely don't pop it.  You might want to check with your doctor to see if they can lance it for you.
