Might be making a hospital trip tonight, ugh I hate going in, but Alayna's safety is more important than being told I'm fine and everything is normal. Any suggestions to get these BH to go away!?
but you know your body, try drinking water though, dehydration will cause it
You may be dehydrated, drink lots of water, if they continue after an hour then go in
well if your intuition says something is off or nothing will take your discomfort away then head out. I hope it doesn't last much longer and you get some rest
It's completely normal especially if you're stressed or over working your body try baths to relieve them of not you may want to go to labor and delivery make sure they aren't contractions better safe than sorry you know
@lucyyxoxo_, I know it's normal that's why I don't want to go but I've been having them on and off since 8 and a warm bath hasn't helped.
three days, every night after work and once during the day, my belly just started getting hard though, it's all been in my back and I can't get comfortable I have to stand up or at least sit up, they last like 15 to 20 minutes and I'll be fine then 20 more minutes it'll hurt, but the other two nights it only happend for like an hour then I went to bed and was fine allllllll day. Today I've been having them on and off since like 8 but they aren't consistent, I'm so confused :/ @mimiz
hate to say it but it is normal. this is just a head up for what's to come when she's ready to arrive. try taking a warm bath or let the water run on your back. a heating pad may work as well.
@lucyyxoxo_, @mimiz @rachel8792 I'm gunna relax in this bath a little bit longer and drink some more water, I have been doing alot the last couple of days, thank goodness I have the next two off👐 if I don't feel any better soon I'll call my ob and she what she suggests
