Ugh ok so I'm having the worse lower back and hip pain I can not stand it anymore every step I take I'm screaming does anyone know anything that will help I have taken Tylenol and it's not even touching the pain. anyone have any clue why I feel like this?

yes I want to just fall down when I walk it hurts so bad. grr I never ever thought I would have so many issues when I got.pregnant I love being pregnant I just have so many scary things happening
Sounds like your sciatic nerve. its very painful :( mine started acting up today while i was driving. i literally wanted to cry n jump out the car. lol @bririchardson

Yeah maybe it sciatic also? it's the biggest nerve in your body and when it is squished it can radiate through your legs and body. the only thing that semi helps me is a hot shower with the curtain open halfway so I don't overheat and I just stand there for like 30 mins with water running down my back.
@amber188, I'm stuck right now in the bathroom because I'm hurting so bad. it's my back my hips my thighs my neck... I have never hurt this bad in my life but yet this is my first pregnancy. I just want the pain to go away until I can call my doctor in the morning

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

As a massage therapist, I'd recommend getting a massage ASAP. If you can't do that, stretch the glute muscle on the side that's hurting you by taking that leg and bending it, crossing it over your knee and pressing downward. Another thing you can do is rolling your glute muscle on a tennis ball to work the muscle (it gets extra tight during pregnancy and can wrap around the sciatic nerve) and put hot compresses on it. I'm sorry Hun, I feel your pain.
