I'm only 31 weeks, and this is my first child! I'm not planning on having her early or anything but I am planning on having an Unmedicated birth and I am hoping to not have to be induced. Is there anything I can do to start my labor when it gets closer to my due date? When should I start trying to bring labor on?
Since you're in your third trimester you should start drinking third trimester tea and taking an evening primrose supplement. I am 38 weeks currently so can't yet speak to if they work to help make labor easier but I have heard good things :)
it doesn't hurt, just uncomfortable. its the same when they check for dialation, just have to stick their figure far up there.
sex exercise bouncing on ball walking alot get s membranes sweep
@kelseys, thank you! Does having your membranes swept hurt? I've heard some say yes and other say no
best thing to do is relax. literally, I know it sounds crazy, but its true relax. When we do stuff, causing our body tension, our baby feels it and doesn't want to come, but when our body is relaxed, then our baby thinks its a good time to come out. tension works against the body. I didn't try anything besides going to work which was retail (cashier), walking to and from work which was a few blocks, and that was it, my son came on his own and fast a few days before my due date. with my first I did need my membrane swept, which you can ask your doctor to do, and helps bring labor within a day or two.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
