Has anyone ever had a stress test? I have one Thursday and have no clue what to expect

They just monitor baby for about and hr. And you get a clicker to push everytime you feel a contraction:)

You just go in and they'll put the monitor on your belly to hear babies heartbeat and to track movement and you kinda just hang out watch tv lol and that's really it they may take blood they may not
