Another child murdered because momma couldn't ask for help :(

Post partum depression is real! It's heart wrenching! It's miserable. ASK FOR HELP! Never be ashamed to reach out! I had it so bad with my son and I am so glad I finally asked for help. It's real ladies and it comes in many different forms. Baby blues are real but when it lasts/starts 6 months+ after baby, it's real..... Please reach out! Talk, call a friend, put the baby in a safe spot and go cry for awhile..... But NEVER be ashamed because you need help! RIP baby :(
