@jgarciamua, it's a wild rice blend I buy at Costco then I toast it a bit in cast iron skillet then add all my water to cook it. I also add homemade tomato bullion to give it really good flavor.
@jgarciamua, I'm not sure I'm sorry bc I buy the large 25 pound bags but this was like a 5pound container I believe it said wild rice blend I don't save the container bc as soon as I get home first think I do is transfer my food to glass. I hate plastic. The lg rice bags are in sack types but also made of plastic some of them. This one is not something they carry on the regular but if I see it on my next trip will snap a pic for u.
