Does it hurt when the doctors remove the rest of your umbilical cord from you ?
@egates, I wonder too but I forget to ask or don't feel like it lol
Lol I just wonder about a lot of stuff because this is my first pregnancy @elainaelise
You ask some really good questions lol I don't even be thinking of some of this stuff
Lol oh yea your super mommy for real 😂 @supermommy31082
That sounds horrible I know it was painful @rachel8792
yea I had the epidural with this last baby but my first two nothing and it didn't hurt
Lol most likely im going to get an epidural so I don't feel anything @supermommy31082
Hopefully, labor was a terror though, I got to the hospital at 9 cm, 10 min later i was 10 cm and ready to push, but the hospital made me wait til my doc got there, it sucked
It wasn't painful to me but again everyone is different you deliver the placenta just as you were to deliver the baby by pushing it out...just google after birth or delivering the placenta I'm sure you can find some useful info
not really it feels like something else coming out but nothing like the baby coming out so don't worry that Lil pain ain't shit
Lol lucky you i hope it's like that for me 😂 @rachel8792
That's what I heard I'm thinking of just getting an epidural so I don't feel anything @madasynmommie
How is it not connected to you ? & that's how your baby received nutrients while your pregnant @unconditionallove
@egates Girl, I gave birth, and the doc was sewing me up cuz I had a really bad tear, and I didnt even know haha
Yea I heard it's a lil painful I guess everyone is different
Yes i am , & lol I would hope so i just figured it would hurt being your soar down there & the doctor has to go digging @rachel8792
The umbilical is connected to the placenta not you...so after you have the baby then you deliver the placenta which is the after birth
its the placenta and my mom said its painful but by that time youre holding your baby so you don't notice it
Yea I am I didn't know it's called the placenta @unconditionallove
You mean the placenta? I heard that thing slides right out lol.
Someone told me that after the doctors cut the umbilical cord they have to remove the rest of the cord from inside of you so I wanted to know is it painful when they do that @unconditionallove
You mean the placenta after baby is born? If so, its easy peasy. baby is the hardest to push out, after that when the baby is in your arms you forget all the stuff thats happening after the fact haha
Are you talking about the placenta or the after birth
I don't understand what your asking
Lol that's understandable I just ask what comes to mind @elainaelise
