Most likely you'll just end up tiring yourself out trying to self induce. Especially before 39 wks or more. Don't rush the baby out mama. If you are facing a medical induction, I recommend asking your doctor if there are safe ways to naturally help induce labor. Good luck
You can try some of those things, just remember that if your body isn't ready, it might not do anything yet. So don't overdue it 😉 @anumaat, if you mean castor oil, then I'd say that's not a good idea.
@anumaat, hmm well not that I've heard. It's very hard on your body, can cause intense contractions to the point of stressing the baby. Many babies have had meconium aspiration as a result- one preggie member's niece died as a result.
@anumaat, @mommagotbump16 I had no idea it wasn't good to use castor oil. I used it with both my boys and all my friends have used it. hmmm .... you learn something new every day I suppose lol

The only thing that actually works is walking, sex, squats and bouncing on a medicine ball. Baby is going to come when it's good and ready
