Sex and walking has done nothing for me. Neither has bouncing on a yoga ball. Are you dilated at all? Maybe get your membranes swept

Wouldn't it make sense to just let her come out at her own pace? I can understand wanting to see your baby, but she probably knows exactly how long she needs!

Damn. Walking helped me dilate but that's it. When do you get your cervix checked again? If you've dilated anymore I would get them swept
