i am having bad crouch pain, an my lower back been hurting the past week it stops then comes back im 33 weeks , what should i do my dr has not checked me yet too see if im dilated any.

Sounds pretty normal, all that started for me when I was 30 weeks. It sucks but it's totally normal.
