@jazzy1221, I drink water with lemon lol I love lemons though with salt but idk how healthy that is for me right now.

@expectingz, I try to drink at least a gallon of water a day and I think i was a little stressed since this was my week for finals in school. I try to get enough sleep I work at 4am so it's a lot on me. I really don't want to take any I'm going to try an ice pack or something to help

@mechelle4, lemons or lemon juice worked for my nausea. even just to smell it worked. it sounds crazy but I swear by it lol

Are you hydrated enough, did you get enough sleep, do you have a lot of stress in your life? Truthfully there are no drugs that are proven safe so I'd stay away as much as possible and try natural!

@jazzy1221, yea I'm definitely going to try the ice pack. I just try to eat and not focus on it I'm going to the doctor next week so I'll see what they say I might have to get something for nausea as well

I'm the same way I go as long as I can before taking anything but early on my headaches got so bad my ob prescribed me imitrex for them cause Tylenol quit working for me but the ice pack does help. @mechelle4
