That can be considered pre-diabetic.. they may just put you on a diet or metformin.. anything over 150 is considered high for someone who isn't diabetic.. I'm Type 1..

@summerlashay, Pregnancy does weird stuff to our bodies.. but that's what I would think.. I've been Type 1 for 12 years.. 170's aren't to bad but your pushing close to 200.. don't stress gf.. it will be okay.. :)

@sumerlashay that's what mine was! It depends who you ask and what chart you follow. If your doctor goes by one chart you're totally fine! You passed their diabetic level. Buuuuut on the other hand if they go by the other chart, you've failed by 1. SO my advice is don't let them pressure you into checking sugar 3x a day until you meet w/ a specialist. My old doc tried to make me do that and diagnosed me as diabetic when I wasn't and it was a big mess to clear up!

@kayleybugs, if I'm reading it right there chart said standard range 60-139 in then there's me 164

@sumerlashay yeah there are two separate charts, some docs go by one and some go by the other. My level was the same as yours and they made me do the 3 hour test 3 times. Finally the specialist said that I was no where near truly diabetic. I'm perfectly healthy with a perfectly healthy baby! 😊

I just had mine. It was too high so I had to do the 3 hour. I hope you don't. Oh god. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies.

@summerlashay, I'm not sure yet. I go back to the doc on Thursday for my results. Hopefully it was okay.
