Have you tried Tuck's witch hazel hemmoroid pads? Thats what the hospital gave me and they worked so well! :)

My hospital gave me those and this spray anesthetic (benzocaine), saved me for sure! They offered me an ice pack but it hurt. I found I liked sitting on a heatpad more.
