I'd say yes out him on it just to be safe. divorces deffently does change people and you would want to deal with this now then later and him come back and try and pull the oh I've been giving this much and she's lying and all that fun stuff. I'm so sorry you have to go throw all this.

so would you suggest putting him on child support or no? he sends 300 every two weeks now and that's fine but you know, divorce changes people and I don't know if I should just trust that he will always send for her. @mommy2be102016

Unfortunately that could happen either way if there is nothing throw the courts. I'd say that you need to make a parent plan of when you both agree he can see her. like for holidays and her birthday. In the end you both have rights to her but you have more. With him being stationed somewhere else and if things got ugly you could go to court and say look I want full custody of my little girl and this is why. Florida favors mothers especially if the father isn't able to be around. I'd also have on paper what he needs to help pay for or have a bank account set up that he puts money in for her every month.

@mommy2be102016, he's stationed in Georgia and I'm in florida about 7 hours away. we are civil with each other and hoping that we can come to an agreement outside of court. but when you say 3 or 4 times a month that means he could just pop up and demand to see her?

Is he stationed near you? If your going throw the courts they will probably give you full custody and just say he is allowed to see her when he can or wants to. if you want an in paper this is when you see her I'd say like 3 or 4 times a month at minimum.
