Had my membranes swept yesterday,lost my plus today still no stinking contractions. This baby is never coming out.

I have two days and feel the same way!

Yes I wanted natural too 😩 but whatever she was ok so I'm happy I didn't rest believe it or not I still did everything myself people called me nuts but hey I got up every single day multiple times to go see my baby in the NICU cooked cleaned etc it's different when baby is home though

@mimiz, I hope my labor doesn't hurt stinks you had to have csection though. I'm really trying to avoid one,because i only have help for 2 weeks. @carlyb so maybe tommrow she will come :)

No I went to an appointment actually I was only 35 weeks they checked me because I started to dilate at 24 weeks been in preterm labor since 21 so I would be checked since and I was having a routine check up I had a hospital stay the Sunday and Monday before my Tuesday appointment and when I got checked they were upset that I was sent home at 5cm and I was 6 almost 7 with a bulging bag they were afraid my water would break and since she was breech they ordered a c section that day I literally waited an hour or two and I was already having my baby girl no pain not uncomfortable nothing and they were seeing that I was contracting they kept popping in asking if I needed meds lmao I was FINE

Don't sweat it. When I had my membranes swept I didn't have any contractions that day but by the next day I was in labor, but I labored at home and the day after my water broke. They say it could take up to 72 hours and that proved true for me. Good luck I hope it happens for you.

@breezywap, that's insane. only reason they are inducing me so soon is because I'm high risk or else I'm sure they'd make me wait.

@mimiz, if I don't have her this weekend I'm being induced Monday. was your labor bad?

oh ok well yeah my doc said they was just gonna induce me after another ultrasound on tuesday this is craaay

Got checked lol I had MILD very mild I tell ya like it was less than achy not painful cramping and they were helping me along if I didn't go to the doctors I would have never known I was already 4cm and the next day I had a bulging bag 😩 needed c section
