Can you get Braxton hicks in your back? two days in a row I've had a really bad pain in my back that comes and goes and when I feel it I have to stand up because sitting hurts too bad, today my tummy kinda got hard when it happend

I definitely don't like it! it stopped hurting once I got active and wasn't sitting but I swear it was like 20 minutes of a weird feeling in my lower back @gingyrex

It can mean your baby is "sunny side up" which means his back is against your spine. Back contractions suck, try a heat pad, its the only thing that helped me.
