Preseed. My husband and I were trying for almost two years and we used it once during my ovulation week and got pregnant.

We also used Preseed & was pregnant a month later with our little girl who is due in July.. I would also recommend deep penetrating positions positions & let gravity work with you.. don't stand up right after sex.. I used to always do that & I stopped doing it & got pregnant lol..

I used fertilaid for women for two weeks before ovulation and concieved after a year and a half of trying. and. ring told by 4 doctors I'd never concieve naturally.

I seem to always pee after lol. I will stop doing that also.

Make sure you know your true ovulation dates, not hust what an app tells you because apps go off an average cycle and not everyone is the same!

I have no idea when I'm ovulating.

Well when me and my man started we did the have sex whenever thing until it took a long time, then I started tracking my ovulation to get the idea when it was happening. You can google how to track it, but I used an app called Fertility Friend, took my Basel Body temp every morning and put the number in fertility friend and kept track of what my cervical mucus looked like (for example it will be egg whitish around ovulation) after you put that info into Fertility friend it will tell you wheb you ovulated abd after a couple cycles you will have it down! thats if you want to do all that

other than knowing when your ovulating and taking prenatals my husband had me prop a pillow under my butt and lay like that for about 30 min it took a few months but it got the job done.

also you can buy ovulation tests at Walmart that will tell you when you ovulating
