I'm so worried Been having burning tearing stabbing pains at my scar even when laying down

I have that at the edges of my scar and I'm 24 weeks. My doctor told me it gets worse. This is my 4th pregnancy

that's where mine started now it's the whole scar ever when I lay down this is my second pregnancy I'm so worried if a uterine tear
