Yep all you can take is Tylenol. My doctor prescribed me Tylenol with extra caffeine in it because I get bad migraines. You could drink some caffeine and that might help. Lay in a bathtub, submerge your hands and feet and put a ice pack on the back of your head

I take exvedrine tension headache,it the same as tylenol with caffeine.
