NO NO. Sports bra is the worse if I could I'd wear no bra 😒😊 some people say milk/ milkshakes but sometimes milk makes it worse. I try pushing below my ribs to push baby down lol

lol.. @hlanc4 sport bra work? im running to the store to get that to then lol, water even make my heartburn worst agg. Tums calms it down for like 5 seconds , so im with u on the million lol

@shynadrian4ever, I try not to wear tight bras especially sport bras. Also try to sit up and watch what I eat some things trigger it more for me. I drink lots of water and take about a million tums lol

@shynadrian4ever my dr let me take Prilosec but I'm at the end of my third tri before that it was tums or Zantac
