I made my own. Bought the largest size maxi pads put some alcohol free aloe Vera gel and witch hazel on them and froze them. They are soothing and help you to heal faster versus just a regular cold pack that only provides relief. You should definitely try!

I was given them at the hospital and asked for a ton more I only needed it the first 2 days... i have about 10 stashed away though for what ever lol.

I wish I did! I've heard some people get a maxi pad, wet it, and put in the freezer.

@rileysmomma16, have u seen anything similar to it? That's what they gave me at the hospital but I got discharged yesterday so I ran out and I'm still in a ton of pain 😩 and they sell it on amazon but I have to wait two days to get it

I've never seen them in stores, at least not where I'm from. Maybe have to order them?
