Ok so I take these because my insurance doesn't cover prenatal vitamins for some strange reason but why on the back of the bottle it says if your pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant consult with doctor before using 😳🤔 I'm confused is this not safe

you shouldn't need insurance for prenatals you can get them at any walmart or Walgreens from the vitamin section
